I have the same problem like this, support doesn't help me :-/

First thing to do is check your spam folder just in case an email landed up there. If you bought an X1 after TP4 was released you should get a free upgrade to TP4 as far as I'm aware. I've tagged your post for customer care so Jeremy or Mert will hopefully catch it.

@baq Looks like @Martiniix_NI has added TP4 to your account now from the other thread so you should be good to go. Let us know if you still have problems.
