Help with expansion purchases not showing up in native access

Hello,
I have recently purchased the 5 for 50 expansion packs for Maschine and only 1/5 of the expansions have shown up in native access. I have tried adding the serial code manually for all the other packs but it still does not show up. I have emailed native instruments but they just told me to email another division. any help would be appreciated

I have tried adding the serial code manually for all the other packs but it still does not show up.
Check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page and see if the products list as Not registered or as Registered , if they lists as not-registered then ve sure that you are logged into the correct account and then use the serials in Native Access Add serial functon.
Else then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS)
Then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here: My Product is Missing in Native Access to see if that helps

N.I. do not have any support initiated by email all support is initiated by using the web interface , e.g. N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

We still do not know your OS, but products not compatible will not show , though I doubt if that is the problem. And we do not know if you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
It appears as that you are using a Mac (OS ?) so have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Also I do not know if that can also spoil Native Access but do not use Clean My Mac.

Brother you guys are slow AF. Native Instruments needs to invest some more into their support team.. turns out it was from using Clean My Mac app

NI Support - does not support Clean My Mac.
or do they recommend using it with NI products in any way.
