Contacting someone at Izotope

I'm having account issues with my Ik licenses that transferred over. The problem is I keep getting charged every month, but I can not use my apps because of "unpaid invoices." These were from last year, and they are subscriptions. With a subscription, I could not use the apps that month because I did not pay. Sounds fair. No issues there. Fast forward… steady payments for awhile now but the whole time I could not use the apps and just figured it was a software glitch and didn't go too nuts. Now I am missing some of my favorite VSTs and plugins. Fantastic and awesome, too, by the way. From what I can remember, I have not been able to use the apps, BUT I get charged every month.
How do I contact an actual employee? The website seems to loop with no "contact us" option that links to actual contact info.
I could also be completely missing the info, and it is right in my face, so I am begging the community. Help me Obi-wan konbies….."Konbi "?
I want to be able to use what I am currently paying for. Without having to pay for a few months last year when I also could not use them
