Product Portal says "Installed and Authorized" - Computer says otherwise

Hello - I ran a search for the problem I'm having and found a similar question from last November, but the questioner wasn't having quite the same issue I'm having and so I think it's fair I post this new question.
Nearly five hours ago I purchased the iZotope Music Production Suite 7, followed the install/authorize instructions, and still haven't received most of my software. I've gone through the process twice, to no avail. My PC tells me I have a new program called Audiolens, but nothing else new from iZotope (I got Ozone and RX in 2021).
I do have lots of new folders, named for the individual programs that were supposed to be bundled here - Nectar, Neutron , etc. - but the only files (shortcuts) in those folders are uninstall executables for their respective programs (again, Nectar, Neutron, etc.)... which do not exist.
In the Product Portal I there are few options for me. I can try to open the program, at which time I'm taken to the website and asked to Buy Now. I've only been sent one serial number — the number for eh entire suite itself, and that doesn't work to activate any of the Buy Now programs.
I can choose to open the INSTALL/AUTHORIZE tab, which is empty except for a graphic telling me 'Aww Yeah! All product installed and authorized.' The only remaining action I can take is Authorize iLok, which I'm not going to do.
What do I need to do to receive the products I purchased five hours ago?

What Myke and VP writes. There is no Ozone stand alone any more only plugins (Ozone Standalone Application Discontinued) , same goes for e.g. Nectar and Neutron. RX 11 comes as a standalone app.

You do not tell us the most basic of all. Where did you buy it ? On the N.I. site or on the iZotope site ?
followed the install/authorize instructions, and still haven't received most of my software.
Were these install/authorize instructions in an email received or something that you found on a website ? And what was the general gist of these instructions ?
Have you checked your accounts(s) for a list of not-redeemed serials ?
An N.I. site purchase might have to be installed using latest version of the Native Access for your OS .

I just reviewed the lineup for Music Prod Suite 7 and judging by your screen cap- it appears you already have everything installed.
Not exactly sure what else you are expecting to see to be honest.
FYI - none of those 3D reverbs or any of the NI stuff will appear in Portal. See Native Access for that stuff

Where are you expecting to see the various products? Pretty much all of the iZotope products are only plugins so they should appear in your DAW as VST effects.

I still think the OP is expecting some sort of magical appearance of more "product" - but the bulk of MPS7 is here (and installed) already:
The rest of this suite (the 3D verbs, NI FX and Guitar Rig) B will not appear in Product Portal.

Hey guys -
I removed and then manually installed the software, and it all seems to be there now.
Thanks for all your help, especially Poor Fellow. My answers and some comments -
I had Product Portal on my system, so that was the interface through which I followed the install/authorize instructions. I bought the suite on the iZotope site, and in fact wasn't even aware of the N.I. merge/takeover until yesterday.
Thank you all for clarifying Ozone is now a plugin only. That's what I specifically meaning to buy when I initiated the purchase yesterday - an "upgrade" of (standalone) Ozone. Bummer. I was looking for the newest version of their Master Assistant.
RX is the other software a previous version of which I already had, and I use it frequently. I attempted to access the new RX and Ozone as plugins, before posting yesterday. Doing that was taking me to the "10 day trial" webpage, just as attempting to access the new apps through the Portal was doing (I didn't specify that in my post). None but the Audiolens app was appearing as a plugin when I posted the original question.
I do have to say I found one response amusing. In my post I offered an image of the Portal showing me bogus info—even gave the post a title indicating my doubt in the Portal's accuracy. Referring to that image in order to push back against my claim was beyond obtuse! 😂
Seriously tho, thanks all for the help.1
