Native Access – Updates wont finish. Nealy completes and pauses

I have Analog Dreams. It is nearly finished but keeps failing. It then goes into Pause. What do I do? I'm on a Mac.

Check this first :

Check that you have enough disk space both on system drive and on download drive (and that space is not taken by e.g. snapshots)

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless using a legacy OS)

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message:"Download failed" (macOS)

I have 300GB on my Mac, and this update is 4.30 GB. I have successfully downloaded other updates from other packs with no problem. I do not pay for Private Relay. I have allowed access for privacy. How do I get in touch with NI now, this is annoying!
