S4 MK3 headphone jack volume seems to get lower after about an hour or so.

Is it with specific tracks? What version of Traktor are you using?

Could it be your ears are getting accustomed to the loud surroundings? I know from experience that just about everything i play (at home) seems louder after a few minutes of absolute silence. I imagine the reverse is also true.
