native access manager password problem

hi. Im trying to install my new tractor pro 4 software. I struggle with this side of tech. Ive downloaded native access when the window for the manager password come up it won't accept my password. Ive gone back into ni and reset it but still no good. Please help

If you can login into your main NI account on the Native Instruments website - use the identical credentials for Native Access. They are a mirror of one another.

And you are sure that it's not the Mac OS security pop up that you get ? (where you have to fill in your Mac login ?)

hi. I can login to my native instruments account but when I try to login to the native access account. The manager account on native access it won’t accept the password! I though they were the sane please help

ahh. Ok. I’ll try that. The name is manager and underneath it asks for a password. Maybe that’s it. Thanks guys
