Native Access 2 suddenly fails to download items, and the downloads can't be cancelled.

Owing to a motherboard failure, I've rebuilt my studio PC (Win 11 Pro 24H2). I'm gradually reinstating everything and taking the opportunity to rationalise my installations so that all music applications and VSTs are on the D M.2 drive (1Tb) and all libraries are on a new, empty 4Tb SSD. I don't want anything to do with music on the C drive as that is linked to OneDrive and ends up indiscriminately filling up my online storage as so many music apps want to put their junk in the User\Documents folders.

Given the size and number of downloads, I decided that I'd install my Komplete Kontrol and related libraries first, and for the first day that went well, with about 50 programs, VSTs and libraries installed. But on Day2, and now Day 3 (the internet connection in my studio is only around 20mb/s - stable and solid, but slow) Native Access is having huge problems. Downloads fail, and then become impossible to cancel without force quitting Access and restarting the computer.

I note that several items that are showing as not installed are already downloaded and stored in the User\Public Downloads folder (which is default). I can manually install the those that have an installation file, but doing so bypasses the storage instructions I've set in in NA and seems to confuse NA as to what's installed and what isn't.

I have (very laboriously) re-entered every individual product licence code into NA to ensure that all of the permissions are correct.

Any ideas why these installations are failing?

I believe I may have found the issue - the new 4Tb SSD seems to be a bit temperamental and is sometimes giving a null return, so Native Access is trying to save to a drive it often can't see. I have a replacement SSD arriving tomorrow; we'll see if that makes any difference.
