I have a new computer and I am trying to get my mk3 controller to work. im redownloading everything in my library and it keeps failing. I even changed the destinations to a brand new external hard drive. everything canceled. im stumped

With respect to the Native Access problem (sorry for not addressing that initially) then please check these :
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
