Why doesn't Leap show up anywhere on NA or my serials and products?

I got a Komplete 15 bundle because I owned a Novation controller a while ago, but Leap was no where to be found. I didn't mind it at first, because I didn't really have a use for it, but I bought the luxury Hip Hop bundle today and I wanted to try it, I looked everywhere it could possibly be, but I couldn't find it. I saw that a lot of people were saying to delete the xml file in Service Center folder but that file isn't there, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, and I am not sure on what to do. Any suggestions? I am on Windows 11, NA version 3.17.0

    How do you have your filter set on Native Access? The Hip Hop bundle should be listed under All but definitely under the category of Expansions. Leap is just a facility that uses the library and is provided as a part of Kontakt 8.
