NIHardwareAgent serves the controllers, not the program per se (the fact that it functions anyway should be normal)
file crashed could u send an still operating file over??
Do you mean the Agent? It gets installed with the programs.
If by “crashed” you mean it is not running, just try to start it again. Otherwise I would reinstall Traktor to see if it reinstall the Agent
