cause file damaged… and put to bin and deleted and traktor starts whatsoever even without and functions well …

  Do also eventual controllers work?

  NIHardwareAgent serves the controllers, not the program per se (the fact that it functions anyway should be normal)

  Do you mean the Agent? It gets installed with the programs.

  If by “crashed” you mean it is not running, just try to start it again. Otherwise I would reinstall Traktor to see if it reinstall the Agent
