How to move content to new external SSD?

I purchased a new Samsung T7 SSD and did everything according to the instructions to move the content location and relocating everything in Native Access, and after a lot of work, I was able to get all of my libraries to appear correctly and work correctly in Kontakt 7 just as they had before the move. Komplete Kontrol is still messed up. It just shows a folder labeled "T7" (see attachment) that includes all of the NI content in one big long list, which is unusable. Also, there is still a similar T7 folder in Kontakt 7 that won't go away, but it just includes 4 libraries that are duplicates of other tiles. Is there a way fix this that doesn't risk making it worse?

Hello Dapper,
By changing the installation preferences you change the paths of your future installations,
I always highly advise following Native Instruments recommendations regarding file handling, this can help prevent several issues from occurring in the future.
How to Change the Install Locations in Native Access
Applications are best left default, the download location is negligible and the content location may be external if the format is supported.
We recommend using NTFS on Windows and Mac OS Extended (Journaled) on Mac OSX 10.12 and lower, APFS for 10.13 and higher.
Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers
To change the paths of installations you have already made please see:

I hope this helps☺️

Thank you, but I did all of that and followed those directions exactly, and Kontakt 7 is all good. It's just Komplete Kontrol that has the problem. Is there any way to fix it?

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
The only attempt to fix that I know of is to first resetting the Native Access XMLfile , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
and then start Native Access to regenerate list and then exit N.A.
And then Reset the Komplete Kontrol Database
What you are experiencing however might have been created by moving stuff after that it were installed and pointing to new directory without properly registering the move. If it is so then the fix might be to uninstall / remove the products and reset N.A. and komplete Kontrol and then reinstall/locate.. (but honestly then I am sure about that since I have only seen this once before and can not remember this particular moment)
