Key not returning on Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2

Hello,
I have a Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2 keyboard that I purchased in 2021. One of the keys does not return to its original position after being pressed. It still produces sound, but the key remains stuck down.
I live in South Korea and unfortunately I am unable to carry the keyboard to a repair shop or send it via shipping. Is there any way I can get onsite repair or have someone come to my place to fix it? Or is there a certified repair center near Daejeon?
If repair is not possible, is there any way to replace the unit (even with additional cost )?
Please let me know what options I have. Thank you.

As far as I know then N.I. do not have any public list of 'certified' repair partners neither on-site nor other..
So if you are "unable to carry the keyboard to a repair shop or send it via shipping" then that limits your options to 'self-repair' which I personally do not recommend but there are videos about that and threads in this forum with people asking advice how to do if you want to attempt that..

Sorry , I have a hard time following you here , how should that happen if you are "unable to carry the keyboard to a repair shop or send it via shipping" ?.
Your options are :
2 Find a repair-shop locally yourself and have them repair the keyboard
3 Ask N.I. Hardware Support for a price quote on repair and send the keyboard to N.I. for repair (most likely too expensive)
4 Sell the keyboard and buy another used or new .
