hi,

is this normal for installing Native Instruments plugins? Reaktor, Kontakt, for example - the name of each file is 'json' and they are all greyed out, ie not able to be opened or clicked on. There's also a 'tracking' component; what is that?

See screenshot. thanks for suggestions and helpful guidance

The .Json files are not plugins they are N.I. files representing (in part ?) that the product has been installed.

Look in you Native Access File management plugin installation settings (if there) what is the path to your plugins.

Else give us a screenshot of the Native Access File management paths as well as tell us your OS version and what type of plugins that you are trying to find ? AU , AAX , VST3 ?

    EDIT :

Default location for your plugins on Mac could possibly be these ?

    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components > AU

    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST

    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST3
