Plugins removed from website

Browsing the Native Instrument website a few days ago I noticed that some plugins are no longer on the website, have these plugins been retired or is Native Instruments no longer selling them as I can find no information regarding this? The plugins in question are the Scarbee Bass Guitars and Electric Pianos and the Premium Tube Series (Softube EQs and Compressor).

Yes none of them are included with Komplete 15 standard or Ultimate, I have them with 14 Ultimate so presume they will still work until the day they don't. I found this on the Scarbee website.
From January 1, 2025 these products will no longer be in our shop as Native Instruments have decided to end-of-sale (EOS) them. To be clear, EOS (end of sale) does not mean EOM (end of maintenance) or EOL (end of life). We have no longer legal permission to sell these products on our website and it will not be sold on Native Instruments website either. It will remain available for download via Native Access.
In 2025 we will re-release updated versions of Funk Guitarist, A-200, Clavinet/Planet - with new names (as we are not allowed to use - nor refer to - the original names.
In the pipeline is also brand new replacements of MM-Bass, Jay-Bass and Pre-Bass.

Scarbee plugins are all gone. Details are at the Scarbee site.
Do not know about SoftTube - but third-party stuff can roll in and out based on contractual obligations, prior agreements etc - without needing any explanation.

The Premium Tube series was a Native Instruments product but they were made by Softube, they came with Komplete Ultimate. This is still on the website but they are no longer available to purchase.
Premium Tube Series
Produced in collaboration with Softube, the Premium Tube Series offers two powerful EQ plugins and a flexible compressor, offering the high-end sound of outboard gear in an easy-to-use, and easy to manage plugin. The two EQs included are the Passive EQ and Enhanced EQ. The Passive EQ is an all-purpose tool for every stage of production, while the Enhanced EQ fills out the low end of your mix and gives your midrange more definition and clarity.
The Passive EQ VST runs standalone in any DAW with a fully-parametric two-channel, four-band equalizer, high and low pass filters, and numerous presets for fast, professional mixing. This is in addition to separate stereo links for each EQ band or filter, as well as mid/side processing for high-end spatialization and an A/B mode for hyper-fast comparisons.
Enhanced EQ, on the other hand, is less of a general tool and more of a precision instrument, bringing studio-quality warmth, body, and definition to the lower end of your mix with just three bands and some special parameters. The simplicity of the interface makes for an intuitive EQ plugin, while the unique parameters make for an unmistakable sound. This EQ is ideal for individual instruments within the mix, focussed on basses, drums, and synths.

"The Premium Tube series was a Native Instruments product but they were made by Softube"
Well - any product in the NI Shop that is not made 100% by Native Instruments - is a third-party product. So this is not a surprise.
FWIW - I have a selection of Scarbees and these FX as part of my Komplete 14 ULT license - so they remain available to install for me.
But new purchases are done and I assume any inclusion within future versions of Komplete will be as well. This is standard contractual stuff being played out.
