There is no clear way I can find to contact technical support. Does anyone know how to do this? It's absolutely absurd that this is hidden.

To Matthew_NI: I did search on different things like that. Nothing I tried took me to anyplace where I could just click on something to get to support. When I get to the initial page and search on help, it takes me to a page promoting libraries that start with H.
If you then click on Support, it takes you to a "How can we help you?" If you then click on the "Product Support" box, it then takes you to a bunch of specific links you can click on. If you are having a problem or have a question that doesn't fit any of your choices, you're out of luck. If you click on "Other Products" as I did, you finally get to a page that has the little "Need help?" button with a little graphic under it. The problem is that, if you assume (as I did) that you need to click the "Need help?" oval (looks like a button), nothing happens. It was only after these replies that I realized that I have to click the graphic. Why not make the thing that looks like a button take you where you want to go?
You can blow me off as a crank, but I bet other folks who haven't tried to contact support in a long time have had the same problem.
