have you logged into your account and go to the "my products and serials" page.

'After registering the qualifying hardware serial then you should have gotten an email with the serial.

Also then you can possibly also find the serial listed as a Not registered serial at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed either at the top as Not Registered or at the page bottom under Third party serials.

Then use the serial at this page : Registering Live Lite

If you can not find the serial after registering the qualifying hardware neither in your emails including in spam or at account page then you will have to contact N.I. Purchase Support
