Kontakt cant see relocated files, or relocate in Native access

All content is on an external drive. I was also doubled on the C drive, which I have now removed the content from. Native Access sees its pointed to the external F drive. Updates seem to have gone successfully to the F drive, as it flashes.

I open Kontakt. the hazard sign says Libraries not found. Click the 'Manage Libraries' to set the content via native access. Well that's already been done.

When I select 'Manage Libraries' it brings up the Options tab, of which is an obscure launch native access in grey off on its own on the right, which I missed the first 5 times

I'll pass, as I've found solution; but, as above, to be clear, when I wrote, no 'Maintainance' button would arise; only the 'Manage Libraries'. After I posted here, and did same process, it then started displaying the 'Maintainance' button. Thanks for your time all the same.

It's a bit confusing from your description exactly what you've done, but if you moved the libraries from one location to a different location and deleted the original from outside of Native Access, all you should have to do in Native Access is use the '… Maintenance" feature on the lower left of the main Native Access page and Select 'Locate Product Content' which allows you to select the drive and location of folder for that library.

Thanks, as of time of writing, there was no 'Maintainance' button at all. After restarting at home, there it was, a whole new world, and it connected easily, as it should. Thanks for your input. (The usual ghost in the machine et al).

@DunedinDragon I'm facing a similar issue as Judson Collins. I bought a library and after inserting the serial #, Native Access proceeded to download and install the library but it used the default location. I wanted it to be installed in another location. I manually the library folder contents from the installed file path to the path I prefer. I used the "Maintenance" function, picked the new path where the library content is located and get a "Product Content not found". The product is not a Native Instruments library if that makes a difference. Can you explain again how to use Native Access to relocate a moved library? Or, what is the right way to move a library? Thanks!

The safest way I've found to do this is after installing the library in the default location is to copy the directory from that location to a new location and rename the original directory name to something slightly different such as ending it with -OLD. Then you can click on the installation paths found under the '…' in the properties and select the new directory. That way you know for sure you're pulling up the new directory. Then you can delete the old directory.
