Synchronization issues with Licenses

So I did a cross grade to Kontakt 7 a couple years ago, purchased through Sweetwater. Never any issues until now. It starts up fine, and shows up in "Native Access". Once Kontackt 7 is running, I can bring up the license screen, showing "Full" and the registration code.

I just purchased a Kontakt 8 upgrade directly from NI, and it doesn't show up in "Native Access". I put the key in manually, and get "NO Base Product", when the Base Kontakt 7 Full version, is obviously there.

Is there a way to sync this, or will I need support? I understand that support isn't very quick to reply.

    Usually then these things turns out to be one of two things , most often then people misunderstood something and bought the wrong upgrade/cross grade that do not work , but then of course in between it happens that there is some N.I. mishap.

    Alas then only forum Customer Care and Support can check your account and Forum Customer is not around today and can only check nut not actually fix the problem if , so in any case then you need the help of N.I. Purchase Support to either fix the problem or give you a refund. Alas Support do not work weekends and yes most often it will take a couple of workdays before they respond though fast has been seen. And if you are lucky then maybe you can get through to live chat today before the weekend starts ?
