How to reinstall Ozone properly?

Hi,

I previously had Ozone 11 Advanced installed, and it was causing glitching and unplayable on my track. I unistalled and attempted to reinstall in Iztope Product Portal, and then it said unable to authorize via my computer OR iLok. Then I tried installing it in the Native Access portal instead, and it said “invalid pathway” and I don’t know how to find the library to install it.

I’m super confused.. can someone help? Should I be installing Izotope products in Native Access now, or still in Iztope Product Portal? I have MacOS 13. Thank you!

HelloShelleyT, the workaround that you have tried looks correct. If you get an error message after the reinstallation, the best way to handle this situation should be trying to authorize your product offline, have you tried it?

According to the "Invalid Path" error in the Native Access, this Knolwedge Base Article can help you with this subject:

Native Access Error: "Path is invalid"

If these workarounds have not worked, then sending you the individual direct download link for Ozone 11 Advanced might help us to solve the issue. If this is the case, can you please create a support ticket or open a chat support using the link below:
