There is a mention about Live 11.

You wrote it yourself : "There is a mention about Live 11" and that is probably for a reason that it says Live 11 and not Live 10. So while I do not have Live 10 to test with then I will say that you should expect requirements to be what it says , in this case Ableton Live 11 or newer.
