I have a problem, the files were deleted from the drive because the drive broke and now I want to reinstall (on a new drive). So some of the files it lets me reinstall and some it tells me to relocate (after I uninstalled)

Sounds as if you are mixing up N.I. products and third party Kontakt libraries. Some third party products require you to either download files from manufacturer site and then copy to drive and other require you to use manufacturer installation app. Without any knowledge of exactly which products it concerns then it is very difficult to try to assess.
Generally then you are supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Else give us some more details : What is your computer type , OS version and N.A. version ? And which products fail ?
