Missing Instrument in Factory Content

Hello everyone

I have a big problem with installing my instruments with an iMac. After I have downloaded all instruments via Access, they are not found in the Factory Content and are visible in the Instruments tab. I formatted the external SSD on Mac during the new installation and set up the SSD under Preferences for Downloads and Content. Please help me solve this problem.

Check what installation path is showing in Native Acess, you can also give a go at Native Access 2, here:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

In NA-2 click the 3 dots button:

If you have instruments on your HD you can try deleting them and then relocating in NA to your external HD.

If none of that helps contact support.

thanks to this link in Access 2 I got the error.

After the folder name I had written a dash and sounds. So NI Content / Sounds.

This then caused the error. After I just named the folder NI Content it was free with no errors. Nevertheless, many files still had to be moved. Well after more than a week I finally reached my destination. Many many thanks to Uwe and D-One who helped me so much. Best regards

have you tried this? My KOMPLETE KONTROL Browser is Empty or Incomplete – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com) @D-One do you have an idea?

I bought a new external SSD today but the problem remained.

Only Massiv is shown to me.

But if I use my own hard drive as the target disk, the instruments are in the factory content.

On your picture under library/factory there should be a lot more entries, you could try to rescan with the rescan button but i guess it will not help.
