My gear is registered to my old email

how do I go about contacting ni regarding transferring my stuff to my new ni account I have as my system is in need of the latest updates but I’m just going round in circles trying to do it ! Many thanks in advance

thanks I did see the ai response thing but didn’t get anywhere with it the first time , just done it and they have sent me an email ticket saying they will deal with my problem many thanks sunborn 👊
