Komplete Kontrol S88 MK 2 - Native Access Issue

I just purchased the above keyboard. I'm trying to register it with my Native Access with the serial off of the instrument. Obviously, this won't work because it's already in use by the original owner. What is the process so I can take full advantage of this instrument?

Contact N.I. Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation

Ideally - you should have completed a license transfer from the original owner.

Failing that - you will need to connect with NI Support to see what they can do.
