Unable to login

Installed KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD DL (1) but getting the message unable to login when I try via email or Native ID. This is a Mac.

Couldn't find a suitable tag for this.

Login to what - exactly?

If you managed to install Komplete 15 STD - the only way that is possible is to actually log into Native Access (successfully) and install your products normally.

Did you try using your Mac login ? sometimes people confuse the Mac security popup with a N.A. login ?

Hello Navin, normally this issue is caused by an outdated Native Access. Can you please download the latest Native Access 2 version using the website below:
