I have bought an expansion but i am not recieving the download link in Native access
Hello LUKE, I checked your email address and it seems like you have already created a support ticket. As some personal informations can be needed in the process and avoid any confusion, I answered your request from the support ticket that you have created. Can you please check it.

First check is to login to your NI Acct via the NI website and review your Product listing.
If it is listed there and is good to go - it should appear in Native Access with no issue.
If it was good to go - and you still do not see it in Native Access - next check is your OS version and version of Native Access. Older versions of NA will not show recent products and if your OS is too old - you may also see a restricted version of your products.
Post up your OS and NA version when you can - plus the Expansion that you cannot see.
