has anyone recently upgraded laptop and ssd drive from Komplete 14 ultimate to Komplete 15 ultimate

So I recently purchased the upgrade from Komplete 14 to Komplete 15

I had the following issues , my laptop was not powerful enough so I had to purchase a new laptop top Mac book pro m3 . I had Komplete 14 on old ssd drive with applications on computer. I have since deleted the hard drive and it won't let me repair or reinstall.

I transfered SSD drive over to 2TB and its now unable to locate the files and constant error messages unable to download - it was running fine and had few teething problems when I first got but im seriously stuck as now I cant download the programs repair or locate and trying to raise a ticket with NI I finding it extremely difficult.

I have followed all steps on line support even physically done it one by one and still nothing can be found . Can anybody help

This type of problem can be caused by having reference to the libraries on two disks at the same time. (if you still have reference to libraries on old disk the rename library on old drive)

It could also be that you have not followed all the Mac users must do guide lines :

Else please supply exact information such as computer type , exact OS version , N.A. version , and screenshot of errors.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format (APFS) : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message : "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
