I forgot my email, how to merge account

I forgot my email, and created a new email. I enter my serial number, and it tells me that this serial number has been reserved for another email, and I am the owner of the product, but I lost the old email.

Do you mean that you don’t know your old email address at all? NI can perhaps help if you have proof of product ownership.

If you mean that you forgot your password or lost access to your old email (but know what it was), they might also be able to help if you have evidence of product purchase and ownership.

I assume the “product” you are referring to is a physical product, like a Kontrol, Maschine, or Traktor.

For very good security reasons, there’s nothing you can do on your own to unregister and transfer a product out from an account you don’t have access to.

Either way, NI customer support is likely your only real option based on the limited information provided.
