Where is Creator Tools

I just bought the komplete 15 collectors edition and I remembered there was something about creator tools before. I go to search for it and I can't find it. Where is it? If anybody knows cause I'm lost. I searched long and wide around everywhere to try and find where to get this download so I'm here now asking.

Try looking in latest version of Native Access for your OS : All : Applications

You should be able to install it if you have bot yet , else then try installing Kontakt 8 if you have not yet.

Also then you should be able to find the Creators tools manual on the Kontakt download page

I'll look again. I updated everything, and I have everything installed. I thought it would be a separate app, no? Am I wrong in this assumption?

On my computer it is a separate app that I can re-install .

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Else then you can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .

Else you can also try re-installing the kontakt 8 from a download (though that might not help either ?) : KONTAKT 8.1.0 .

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

I tried all of that. I sent NI a message I am sure they will get back in a few days. it's no biggie. I'll figure it out. thanks for your help, though.

If you can’t see it in NA, try to enable the option “Show discontinued products”

It is possible that if one uninstalls Kontakt 8 and removes the JSON and XML files for both Kontakt 8 and Creator Tools (if there) , and removes them from registry and then reset N.A: XML once more that it would somehow reset but it's more work and might not work anyway. But for what it is worth then Sunborn discovered that there apparently is some sync problems across Native Access and the problem at hand here might be another way that shows , but a number of people have also had a number of problems with Kontakt 8 that were hard to solve.

Anyway , it just dawns on me that actually then your specific problem might also be a Mac problem in the sense that you somehow have not followed the Mac must do rules.

Have you then also given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? . How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

Ha Ha, I learned that one the hard way. I set it to ignore those files, and the full disk is enabled across the board. the app is just not there. I will wait for NI to get back to me. I Have some other concerns.

My colleagues got back to you with an installer for the latest version of Native Access, did that fix the issue?
