Kontakt 8 not loading

I updated to the latest Kontakt 8 last night and now it wont load with in FL Studio it just gets hung up on loading, when I try to open the stand alone Kontakt 8 it opens but gets stuck loading Soulfi and my other Teletone audio products I have installed with Kontakt 8, Ive tried reinstalling and Ive tried opening as administrator

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

You can try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database , remember to run as standalone first afterwards.

If that doesn't work then you can try resetting the DAW/Re-scan plugins in DAW

Otherwise then alas then my download link list is rather limited so the newest Kontakt 8 that I got link for is KONTAKT 8.1.0 and that probably will not load projects made with Kontakt 8.2.0

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

Reinitializing didn't work either

I tried to do customer support too but its just an AI chat is there anyway to email them?
