How to reset Komplete computer licenses?

I have move from k8,to k9,10,12 and now k13.. obviously on a number of now defunct computers.. and now i only have a studio desktop and a laptop.

All the computers where Komplete was previously installed are gone and predated Native Access.

Native Access on my existing two computers do not show a sizeable amount of my items from Komplete..eg NY & Vienna Grands etc...

looking for bright ideas, or is this something i need to start a support ticket in order to reset my license count?..

Hi @Mystic38 sorry for the late reply here. Usually if products in your previous Komplete versions were discontinued and they were not supported on your current system, you won't be able to install them anymore. However, for NY and Vienna Concert Grand I think you can still install them: Installing the Classic Piano Collection with Native Access
