NATIVE ACCESS JUST DOES NOT OPEN , I CANNOT " SCROLL TO CONTINUE "

GREETINGS, Everyone,

This is the first time I am using Native Access and it does not work. I cannot even get started. Once I open it, I cannot scroll down to click " I agree" (or whatever the words will say ) to acknowledge the User Agreement and contine. I am using a MAC OS 13.7 with a INTEL 1.7 processor and I have downloaded the correct version. I am using the most current version of Nattive Access as well.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
