instruments not loading

in Maschine
just downloaded cloud supply. its installed. i can play sounds but cant load them. i uninstalled and reinstalled twice. also restarted my pc twice. still the same problem.

Yes, what's happening exactly? Error message? What's your operating system? Is it in a DAW, in Maschinechine standalone?
