HELLO I am trying to find out when i get a new laptop how I retain my existing Kontrol s2 software license for my controller. how can I do this?

As Uwe writes then you use the correct account (you can check here : MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page) and then you log into the same account using latest version of Native Access for your OS. Then provided that your OS supports the software versions that you have on account then you ought to be able to download and install the software using the latest version of Native Access for your OS . If the software is considered legacy then you might have to turn on 'show legacy software' in the N.A. settings for the app to show the software. N.A. does not show software that is not compatible with your OS.

you simply install native access on the new computer, log in and then you should be able to install and use tp2, if the system supports it of course.
