Can't get Spitfire Symphony Orchestra to work properly

Downloaded it to an external SSD. No problem. Entered the serial. Then, for reasons I cannot explain, I located the library by going to the "Instruments" folder instead of the "Spitfire Audio - Spitfire Symphony Orchestra" folder. The "Instruments" folder vis loacted is inside the main folder. It was really stupid of me. However, it looked fine in Native Access 2. I thought all would be fine and there must be a way to correct it. I was wrong. I have tried a lot of things. Spitfire have been very helpful, but to no avail.
What I have ended up with is a blank folder in Kontakt 8 labelled "Instruments" (see attached photo). However, this contains all the necessary folders and works in Default view, though gives an error in Classic view. It doesn't work at all in Komplete Kontrol.
It is driving me crazy. Can anyone help? Please. Ideally I would like to delete everything to do with Spitfire Symphony Orchestra (except for the download on my external SSD) and then reinstall it. Can this be done? Is there a better solution?

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Exit N.A.
Then try uninstalling the product manually (see content section) : How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer , also check if there is a JSON file with product name (see application section) , if there is then delete that too-
Then also delete both N.A. XML and 'product name' XML (if there)
Then reboot
Then run N.A. to see if you can relocate library .
Then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
Then run Kontakt as standalone
If product picture in Kontakt is still missing then try the : Thumbnail Picture Icons are Missing in the KONTAKT 7 Browser
Please notice that rebuilding databases can take rather long time on some computers
Also : If using Mac then you should do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

I followed the steps you suggested. Some things have been put right. The Classic View in Kontakt8 now works. It also has it correctly labelled as "Spitfire Symphony Orchestra". It still works in Default view, though the folder is stilled labelled :Instruments"
I try my best but but from description above then I am not sure with respect to exact problems left. (Maybe provide a screenshot of problems if any , Though I am not sure how much more I will be able to assist)
In Komplete Kontrol it appears as a folder labelled "Instruments, but the sounds do not load. No audio can be heard. Even though all the patches are there.
As for the Komplete Kontrol problem then K.K. can also be reset so maybe try that also ? : Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database or My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete
Please notice that rebuilding the DB can sometimes take a long time at least on some computers.
Also check audio settings in K.K. please notice that some drivers (e.g. ASIO) does not play any sound when some other driver is being used or the other way around. At the moment then I use the Steinberg built-in ASIO Driver: information & download driver for most things and then have turned off the the exclusive driver access in Windows also

I thank you very much for your help. To be honest, there is not much else wrong. The library now works in both Classic and Default views. It works just fine in Logic too. I don't really know whether I shall use Komplete Kontrol very much in the future as I only have a tiny NI A25 keyboard that will use it. My main keyboard is a Fantom 8 and that works fine without Komplete Kontrol. However, I will certainly do what you suggest and put it right if I can.
I have sort of solved the blank folder issue too. The Shared > Native Instruments > NI Resourses > Image folder has a folder called "Spitfire Symphony Orchestra" which Kontakt is not using. I copied the contents to a folder that I named "Instruments" and the all the folders now have a picture. I even made a folder cover that stands out better (see photo). If anything else occurs to you about the mess I initially created, please let me know. Thanks again.
