What is your computer type (Mac ? , intel or Apple Silicon ?) , exact OS version (Nac OS ??.?? ) an exact keyboard version ? S49 MK?
First check the I Hear No Sound When Playing the Keys of my Komplete Kontrol S-Series Keyboard
Also check the My Native Instruments Hardware Device is Not Recognized
You might want to check both the keyboard Midi settings (for MK3 that it is set to Midi 1.0) and the Midi settings in respectively OS , Komplete kontrol and Kontakt 7 / 8.
Else please give us a screenshots of Audio and Midi settings in Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 8 .
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless using a legacy OS)
If using Mac then you should do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

I find the solution. When you tell me about the midi setting, I see it's off . then I turn on and it's running well.
Thanks for you're answer and your kindness

'autonomous mode' ?

The S-Series keyboards are all advanced midi controllers. They can not make any sounds by themselves. To make sound with a N.I. S-Series keyboard then you must have some software on your computer that can make sound and that can communicate with the keyboard using Midi.
If you have a MK1 of MK2 keyboard then you can use Komplete Kontrol standalone to make sound, if you have a MK3 keyboard then you can use both Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 7 / 8 standalone to make sound. If you have none of these programs(or plugins open then you need to use another program that can receive the keyboard midi signal and convert it into sound.
You might want to check both the keyboard Midi settings (for MK3 that it is set to Midi 1.0) and the Midi settings in respectively OS , Komplete kontrol and Kontakt 7 / 8.

S49 MK3 then ?
the hardware is recognized by my NI and it's ok when I used Kontrol S49 in Logic Pro
Using in Logic Pro how ? as a Midi controller or using a N.I. plugin ? (Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt ?)
The troubleshooting steps above are general and meant as a guide to things to check.
Else please give us a screenshots of Audio and Midi settings in Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 8 .
