So, I have a synth made with Reaktor 6 that works just fine but also downloaded some synths made with Reaktor 5 and those don't give me sound. Is the fact the synth was made with an older version the problem?
nope. R5 stuff works just fine in R6
Most probably you didn't download an actual synth but rather a sampler, or sequenced synth, or sequencer etc.
For those devices you need to click the "play" button, while others have a different purpose (for example, a sequencer) and do not produce any sound at all.
But, until you tell us the names of those "synths" (preferably with a link to them) we are just guessing here.

For the rest, i don't know, you are on your own. They should work. But some of them are really archaic. You can find better and newer versions if you search more.
