Komplete Audio 6 MK II Audio Issues in Windows 11

Evert since I got my new PC and upgraded to windows 11, I have INASNE latency issues when gaming and playing music at the same time.

I have tried all the troubleshooting guides on the NI website and nothing worked.

The only thing that fixed my issue was completely uninstalling the Komplete Audio 6 MK2 drivers from windows, but then I can't use my monitors. That's why I am confident that this is a driver issue with the device in Windows 11.

This is quite an expensive device and I find it insane that it's that bad.
I sometimes have those issues even when latencymon doesn't detect any issue, and I still get CRAZY bad sound crackling and noises making it a living hell to use the audio interface.

Please Help..

    Hi Jeramy, I've already reached out to support 3 times.
    The first time they admitted that there's a known issue with Audio 6 MKII drivers on Win 11.
    After about two weeks they said the issue has been resolved and sent me a download link for updated drivers, and closed the ticket.
    The new drivers they sent were for the WRONG device (machine) instead of my Audio 6 MK II.

    The next 2 times I tried reaching out to support they weren't helpful at all telling me it's not a NI issue and that I should try and look into each driver with high DPC Latency by myself and try to resolve it.

    But the truth it, that the only thing that fixed my issue, was uninstalling the drivers for Komplete Audio 6 MKII.

    This is a terrible customer service experience for a product of that price tag.

    Hey there, I understand the frustration but I see several tickets where you didn't reply, after a while without a reply from you these requests are automatically closed. I see that you submitted a new request. Let's see how it goes. If what my colleagues provide does not work, please get back to them.
