I do not have a list of changes between version 1 and version 2 of Kontakt Factory library but the version 1 is not sold anymore but if you have a very specific reason to wanting to get version 1 then you of course could try asking N.I. Purchase Support if they can help you.

I suspect it’s not for sale anymore.

I tried some links for articles of that period and now they lead to Kontakt 8 full.

And some articles stated “Available for €99 until January 15th, 2024”

I don’t know if that meant it was for sale only for a limited time or that 99 was an intro price
