I hear click sound when I use Maschine 3 on Fl studio
Hi all,
I just bought maschine MK3 and I want to use it on FL studio, i watched many video about that, and all of them use the maschine as a MIDI controller…, but I want to use Maschine 3 as a Plugin, everthing works as espected, but when i create a pattern inside Maschine 3, and I play it by Fl studio, so just playing the icon above, I hear the click sound, for play the sound i route it to an audio interface, and i don't had no problem using other plugin or vst, I try to change the buffer lenght and all that, but nothing, i still hear the click sound some time, and a have a macbook pro 14 M1, so a expect that is not duo the lack of power of the CPU, anyone know how I can fix this issue or i need to change my workflow, so use the Maschine 3 as just a program by it self?, it's pissing me off if I had to that in that way.. almost 400$ of gear for what?
PS : what is your workflow using Maschine and FL studio ?

What do mean by "click sound"? Do you mean random clicks/pops when playing or could the metronome be enabled in Maschine?

You should learn maschine in standalone mode first then worry about inserting it as a vst. The routing can be tricky.

i hear click and poops sound while i loop play on fl studio.
I created a scene and pattern in maschine 3 and set to start to play on bar 2, so in this way a can sync with what i play on fl studio, when i loop play in fl studio i hear some random cracking sound coming from maschine 3.
No crazy project, only a simple piano and maschine 3 used, just experimenting with this workflow and it suite for me, but this random cracking sound and pops is annoying, if I have this issue with simple project i think that with more heavy projects this will be more obvious.

It sounds interface buffer size related. Are you using the audio interface on the MK3 or a difference audio interface? What do you have the audio buffer size set to? The smaller the size the more you're likely to get clicks/pops.

As audio interface I have and arturia minifuse 2, in past i had the same issue with other plugin and fixed by chancing the buffer lenght and not had no problem since now, the sample rate that I use is 9600hz at 512 of buffer, with maschine 3 I reached to 128 pbs at 44100hz and still hear sound

Try increasing the buffer size to 256/512 and see if that makes a difference.

I tried different combo, and the best one seem to be 44100hz at 256, but I still hear the cracking sound that is annoying, any chance to eliminate completely?, Can someone explain me why this cracking sound is generate, for what i know is duo the task the pc has to manage, if you have a slow CPU the system can't pick up with the elaboration of the song, and for that reason you hear something that was not processed well, it' right?, but i my case, i tested a simple 4bar loop of 4 beat kick playing and hear sound, nothing crazy to process, and also am pretty source that an mac M1 is capable of doing way more.
In standalone condition work smooth as shoud be , but as a plugin its give me this annoying issue.
Is something under that we don't know?Fl studio and Maschine are not good friends?😂
