    Preferences→Inline editing. Forgot which pref-page it is. Look around.

    Check the MANUAL, page 193.

    first of all thank for your time…page 193 not answer about raising. if ı go indise of track ı can do but general ı can't change..!!

    Inline editing must active to allow you to adjust metadata directly in the browser. To adjust the rating (stars), you must first have the rating column active (left click on browser header and select 'rating') and then, when the column is visible, directly click on one of the stars.
