How to download drum-kits from the library

I am trying to download drum-kits from the library. The manual says i have to click on the library and then on a world-icon. This world-icon in the picture below just doesnt show up.

If the drum kits are in your library (i.e. on your drive) then they've been downloaded already.

What manual are you using? I've just checked mine and can see no reference to that icon.

It is the getting started guide in german from 2018 i think

And i have never downloaded anything

Seven years out of date then, it would seem.

You need to use Native Access to download the software and install content.

Exactly what are you trying to download from where to where ? What are you trying to achieve ?

Also , the software looks to me as Maschine so maybe you are using Maschine software that is no longer supported anyway ?

Generally to use N.I. products then you will have to use the latest version of Native Access for your OS to download the software to your computer where you can the use it using the downloaded software also, e.g. Maschine.

So i just got it working. The problem i have now is that the keys are very quiet when i press them lightly. Can i do something that the volume stays the same no matter how hard i press?

Use the fixed velocity button on the controller.

Please take some time to read the current manual and maybe watch some tutorials.
