Serial Code Already Using

I've just received my Machine MK3 Mikro, but the serial code in the box was already used. How this can happen with a new product. Please URGENT support?

Where did you buy the product from? I'd suggest returning it and get one that's genuinely unused, that way you know you have a brand new one.
