Looking for download of Komplete 14 Collector's Edition from Native Instruments

Purchased Komplete 14 Collector's Edition in 2022. Have proof of purchase. Contacted NI Support but keep getting email back saying case is resolved. They talk about how you can authorize 3 computers as long as…….and so on. My computer drive was damaged. Only used on that one computer. But I have proof of purchase. Own Kontakt 8. Looking to find Komplete 14 from NI site to download as my purchased is logged on "My Orders" but no joy. If this is seen by moderator, please advise. Thank you.

Komplete 14 is not a product download. It is a bundle license within your NI account.

Just need to install Native Access v3.17 (or higher) and login with your NI account credentials.

All your products will appear - ready to install.
