Can someone please help me with installating of the Studio library. I can't find it anywhere. I have a used Maschine Studio that I had to send pictures of my receipt and serial number to NI and they issued me a new license key but now I can't find any software / Firmware for it. Then I have no idea which folder to put into once I get it (if at all).

What OS do you use? Also there is nothing like Studio software. The SW that came bundled with Maschine Studio was Maschine 2 and Komplete Select (or Komplete Selection).

As others already said, you have to enter licence code of Maschine SW and Komplete Setect to Native Access. But first you have to resolve internet access.

Also, what comes to my mind…. Do not you use Service Center instead Native Access? Service Center does not work anymore…..

    Hello,

you first install native access 2, then you log in and add your serial. After that you should see all your software to install within native access. The firmware updater you find here:

I guess you will not need it but try it out

    Native access:

Thank you for your quick response. I already did all that and still cannot find any firmware / software for it. Especially the library that it comes with

So you entered the key and it said it was successful, but there are no products showing up. You start native access as administrator? You can also check your products under the my products page in your account online, maybe have a look there and see if the products are there.

I registered the key with NI but from there…I'm lost. I assumed after I entered the key, It would automatically download what it needed (Like most programs)

Ok them this might be the issue, do you use a VPN service, um try to deactivate it. Also see here:

I disabled the VPN and firewall but still it says "Server communication error 15"

Also, after hours of searching everywhere on the NI websites, I can only find a single solitary download for Maschine Studio, and that is the maschine studio driver. Nothing else for Studio. It seems to be missing the sound library. I do have one but it has no serial number.

As others already told you, all NI downloads/installations are done through Native Access. You won’t find them in the website.

The problem you have to focus to is NA not connecting, and hope once you are in you will find your products to install (there are other problems with it, like users not finding their products anyway or having them in demo mode).

Did you check the support article Uwe303 linked for you?

Probably not the problem, but check that the date/time and timezone are set correctly on your computer. That's been known to cause problems with internet access to certain services.
