why I can't login my Native access

it said that Native web with Native access is same password, but my Native Access can't login, help please :(

Were you able to login into your NI Account properly?

And what error is Native Access giving you. More importantly - what version of Native Access are you using - if it is not v3.17 (as of a few days ago) that is critical to your success.
