How do I correctly use the software?

I just bought my first ever Drum maschine the Maschine Mikro mk2. I have never produced music at all which makes the software part kinda tricky. I have downloaded some samples and I wanted to know what I have to do to play these sounds by pressing these buttons on the maschine.
