Trying to prepare for a gig and need to get a license transfer so I can actually DJ. NI Support plz!

I recently switched to an X1 and was expecting to use it with rekordbox, however their site has been completely down for days so I am unable to get the plan I would need to use the X1.

I tried to get a transfer from the seller for traktor but have not been able to contact them. The AI support bot has been nothing but confusing and un-helpful. Any support agents on here that can help me get a traktor liscence? Any help is appreciated.
